A recorded interview: a question on screen, a timer, and nobody nodding back.

It makes nerves worse, which is why so many people say one line and stop. Use the same shape as any interview: now, proof, next. Look at the camera, not your face on screen, and practice with your phone first so talking to a lens feels normal.
